MAPPYSIL CR 400

CR 400 is an ideal acoustic and thermal insulation for walls and ceilings made with new generation thermo-linked polyester fibres and a very flexible vinyl membrane. Mappysil CR 400 is Green Friendly product produced with recycled raw materials and is 100% recyclable.

MAPPYSIL CR 404

An Eco-Friendly Acoustic Panel for insulating drainage pipelines consisting of an elastomeric barrier with a class O aluminium foil finish coupled with layer of polyester. The polyester fibres are safe and do not pose any health risk. Furthermore they are environment-friendly because they are obtained from post consumer PET plastic bottles.

MAPPY DUMP CR 110

A high-Performance Panel for acoustic insulation of drainage pipelines. It is a composite material consisting of three layers: an aluminium foil finish reinforced with fibreglass scrim that provides mechanical strength; a high density flexible limp to improve the sound insulation; a convoluted polyurethane foam especially formulated to be moisture resistant to decouple the heavy barrier from the noise source.

MAPPY PAVISOL

An Acoustic Resilient Underlayment manufactured from 95% recycled rubber granules and is compatible with all types of floor screed. It can be used under floating floors as well as on top of precast concrete slabs to isolate screeds from the main structure of the building reducing impact energy generated by general footfall.

Standard dimensions: Nominal thickness from 2 MM to 10 MM,roll width: 1000 MM, roll length depending on the thickness.

An Acoustic Flooring Underlay manufactured from cork and recycled rubber granules. It is compatible with all types of floor finishes such as laminate hardwood, vinyl and ceramic tiles. It can also be used under floating floors as well as on top of precast concrete slabs.

MAPPY ELASTOFLEX TAPE

Elastoflex is a class 1 Self-Adhesive sealing gasket in nitrile rubber for use with air duct connection systems. It is an anticondensation material in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector. It is excellent for the insulation of water pipes, valves, etc.

MAPPY MUSSTIK NEOPRENE GASKET

Musstik Neoprene is a Self-extinguishing black rot-proof closed cell material based on EPDM and CR (Neoprene) rubber perfectly suitable for use with air duct connection systems.
